A chance to Taste New Zealand, Cheese, Honey, Chocolate and ice-cream on our Tour North of Auckland. The destination of Sculptureum has over 400 works over three gardens to fuel your imagination, creativity and ignite the mind.

Leave the bustle of the city and relax on the 45minute drive north through the rolling green hills to Puhoi, which is one of New Zealand’s ethnic historic villages.  It was settled by Europeans on 29 June 1863 by a group of German-speaking migrants from Staab (modern Stod) in Bohemia, now a province of the Czech Republic.  This has given it the appellation of “Bohemian Settlement“.   You get to taste the European style cheeses they make here.

At the honey centre here you find New Zealand’s largest display of live bees and a huge range of honeys available for tasting as well a range
of honey mead and other honey based products for sale.   You will get to taste New Zealand’s famous Manuka Honey, renowned for its healing properties.

A quick stop next to enjoy the taste of New Zealand Chocolate.

After Enjoying a New Zealand Cafe’ style lunch, we view a vast selection of colourful ceramics, pots, home decor and garden ware, all created on-site in the expansive buildings that house the showroom and pottery factory of Morris and James.

Sculptureum, owners Anthony and Sandra Grant have spent ten years creating a destination that is designed to unlock the imagination, fuel creativity and ignite the mind. They have spent many more years collecting the displayed works, which have been brought together for an art experience that is internationally unique with over 400 works in the three gardens.

We head back to Auckland via the coast and stopping for a taste of real New Zealand Ice Cream in the beach side town of Orewa.
